We sit with you and work out what the system has to do, what it must not do, and what it costs. You get a written scope and a fixed quote before anyone writes code.
Work goes out in two-week blocks. At the end of each one you see something running, not a status report, and you can change direction while changing direction is still cheap.
We deploy it, migrate your existing data, and train the people who will use it daily. You get the source code, the credentials, and the documentation.
A support agreement covers fixes, monitoring and small changes after launch. If you would rather run it yourself, we hand it over cleanly and leave.
